We are a quiet hotel near Carmarthen, set in beautiful and idyllic countryside with far reaching views of ancient Llansteffan castle and the sea towards Tenby. The Three Rivers Hotel is a hidden gem located in the heart of the Carmarthenshire, known as the Garden of Wales. With the additional features of cottages available and also a static caravan site conveniently, yet discreetly located nearby this is a fantastic venue for a quiet getaway in Wales.

Situated on the southern boundary of the Carmarthenshire seaside village of Ferryside nestling on the Three Rivers estuary of Carmarthen Bay and enjoying superb views of Llanstephan and its ancient castle to the west and of Carmarthen Bay towards Caldy Island and Tenby to the south west.

The accommodation was completed in 2003 using original stone to match the existing Georgian House combined with the highest quality materials and expertise, which is evident throughout the hotel.

All bedrooms are en-suite, spacious and tastefully furnished. Deluxe rooms all have sea view balconies.
We are less than 15 minutes from the main A40, rural but not remote. There is so much to do and see, with stunning beaches at Pendine, Llanstephan, Saundersfoot and Tenby. Dylan Thomas' Laugharne. Wonderful historic castles. National Trust properties and stunning gardens. All within a 20 minute drive from us.

The Poachers Function Suite at the Three Rivers Hotel, Carmarthen, is regarded as one of the better reception venues in and around the Carmarthen area.

Here at the Three Rivers Hotel we understand the importance of good food and aim to ensure your experience when dining at the hotel. Whether it be an informal event or a special occasion, you can rest assured that we take every care that you receive the best service we can offer.

The function suite (known as The Poacher's Rest) is equipped to serve either formal silver service dinners and the like or extensive carvery menu. The Welsh rustic-themed brasserie caters efficiently for a wide selection of local and other a la carte meals. Local fish (caught in the Carmarthen Bay) is a house specialty.

The Three Rivers Health Suite, or spa, which opened in 1997, was built to exceed the quality of facilities offered by any other private establishment in Carmarthenshire or West Wales. It is attached to the hotel accommodation and direct entry can be made using electronic entry cards provided, ensuring security and safety at all times.

The suite contains a 13m x 7m x 1.5m (average dimensions) swimming pool heated to between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius. A Jacuzzi and steam room is also available in the pool area.
